Refund & Return Policy
We hope you love your curashape pieces — but if something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy. You can return your item for an exchange or a full refund (less any original shipping charges).
14-day returns. Returns must be requested within 14 days of your delivery date. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Start your return
Email our team at keystonekingdom786@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll reply with simple next steps — there's no need to send anything back before you hear from us.
Send it back
Once your return is approved, we'll let you know exactly where and how to send it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
We inspect & refund
When your return arrives, we'll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method. We'll always email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Refunds
We'll notify you by email once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received it, please get in touch at keystonekingdom786@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
