Administrative access to customer data is strictly restricted to authorized personnel from Utility Promo and Keystone Kingdom Ltd, and we enforce Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on all staff accounts. This includes a temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions (lasting a few hours), and a temporary blacklist of payment cards associated with those IP addresses (lasting a few days).
